Billing that fits how you work
Bill hours, days, units, fixed fees, monthly retainers and pass-through production costs. Time logs round to a quarter of an hour unless you set a different rule.

What you are owed, always
A balance is always the total minus the settlements you recorded. An invoice you have half paid never reads as settled, and a cancelled one never counts as money you are waiting for.

Chase in the right order
Oldest lateness first, one group per client, so you write one email to an account instead of three. An invoice whose promised payment date has already passed is in the queue even before it is due.

How it works

Set your rates
Set a default hourly rate, a rounding rule and a minimum billable increment, plus the currency your invoices are raised in.

Write the invoice
Type a line the way you would say it —

Send or share
Send the invoice as an email, or create a share link with an expiry you choose and a button to revoke it. The public view carries the invoice and nothing else — no bank details.
Step 04
Record what arrives
Log a bank transfer the day it clears. A partial payment reduces the balance at once and never marks the invoice paid.

No card, no trial countdown, no plan limit.
Start using FluxPayPaid plans are planned, but no paid subscription is active or purchasable. Everything live in FluxPay is reachable today without a payment wall, and the four plan names in the app’s billing screen are shapes rather than products.
During beta there is no support desk, no response-time promise and no uptime commitment. This page lists no contact address because there is not one yet, rather than because it was forgotten.
